Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and i1scr2u ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://i1scr2u.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile sites, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

i1scr2u reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

  "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, used to access gaming services and manage funds.

  "Balance" means the total value of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.

  "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by i1scr2u to Players, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.

  "Deposit" means any transfer of funds into a Player's Account via an accepted payment method, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), USDT TRC20, BTC, or 7-Eleven Cliqq.

  "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required of all Players under applicable regulations.

  "Platform" means the i1scr2u website, mobile site, and any application through which gaming services are provided.

  "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on any game, sport, or event available on the Platform.

  "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

  "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a Player's Account to a designated external account or payment method.

To register and maintain an Account on i1scr2u, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. i1scr2u strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Age verification may be required at any point, including at the time of registration, deposit, or withdrawal.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, as a form of personal entertainment, and not for professional gambling purposes that would be prohibited under applicable law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not subject to any guardianship or legal incapacity that would prevent such agreement.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, whether administered by i1scr2u or any recognised responsible gambling authority.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of i1scr2u or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You must not register more than one Account per individual. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

All Players are required to complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and any other information requested during onboarding. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Identity Verification (KYC) may be requested at any time, including but not limited to during account registration, upon making a first withdrawal, when account activity triggers a review, or when required by our compliance obligations. Documents that may be requested include:

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed. i1scr2u handles all submitted documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Deposits. i1scr2u accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), USDT TRC20, BTC, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Most e-wallet deposits are processed instantly; bank transfers via FPX typically clear within 5–10 minutes; cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and may take 15–30 minutes.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes of approval for e-wallets; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.

5.3 Currency. All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

• i1scr2u does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.
• Deposits made with active bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• i1scr2u reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of fraud checks, KYC review, or bonus wagering compliance verification.

i1scr2u offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. General provisions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

  Bonuses are credited to a Player's Account as bonus funds and are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

  Wagering Requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount (or total bonus + deposit amount, where specified) and must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that remain unwagered at expiry will be forfeited.

  Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports bets, and other categories may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are displayed on each promotion's terms page.

  Bonuses are issued on a one-per-household, one-per-device, and one-per-IP-address basis unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

  i1scr2u reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already opted in and begun wagering under the existing terms.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the i1scr2u Platform, across all game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, lottery, crash games, and any other available product:

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by i1scr2u. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, suspected match-fixing, or system errors.

7.2 System Errors. In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or communication failure that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or payout amounts being displayed or paid, i1scr2u reserves the right to void any affected wager and return the original stake to the Player's Account. This includes, without limitation, any game result produced by a technical error rather than natural game mechanics.

7.3 Sports Betting. For sports markets including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other listed events, all bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. Results confirmed after the scheduled event end time will be honoured. Abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement.

7.4 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets accepted prior to a significant event (e.g., a goal, red card, or penalty in live football) will stand provided the bet was submitted and confirmed before the event occurred. i1scr2u employs automated safeguards to minimise late-bet acceptance; however, where a bet is inadvertently accepted after such an event, the Platform reserves the right to void the wager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the i1scr2u Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reverse transactions after funds have been used for wagering.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that represent proceeds of criminal activity, or in a manner designed to disguise the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or sports market, including chip-dumping in poker or arbitrage betting schemes.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, fake identities, arbitrage strategies, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, gain information advantages, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identity. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds forfeited.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access by any person under 21 years of age to the Platform or to your Account.

i1scr2u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

  The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement or any supplementary terms applicable to specific products or promotions.

  KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• c
  There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.

  The Player has voluntarily requested self-exclusion through the Platform's responsible gambling tools.
• e
  Regulatory requirements or legal obligations necessitate the closure of the Account.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., closure not resulting from breach or fraud), any remaining verified real-money balance will be refunded to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are not refundable under any circumstances.

All content on the i1scr2u Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of i1scr2u or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting any software or game code.
• Using Platform branding, logos, or trademarks in any third-party publication or promotional material.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i1scr2u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

  Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service.

  Data loss, corruption, or security breaches arising from circumstances outside i1scr2u's reasonable control.

  Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in e-wallet platforms such as Touch 'n Go or Boost, or banking networks such as FPX or DuitNow.
• d
  Decisions made by the Player in reliance on any information, statistics, or odds displayed on the Platform.

i1scr2u's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

i1scr2u collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All personal data submitted during registration and KYC verification is stored on encrypted servers with strict access controls. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where necessary for payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or where required by law.

Players have the right to request access to their personal data, request corrections, or request deletion of their account data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

i1scr2u is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling should always remain a form of personal entertainment. It must never be treated as a source of income or a mechanism to recover financial losses.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a given period. Betting is paused automatically once the limit is reached.
• Session Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when you have been active on the Platform for an extended period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

i1scr2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide Players with reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page under "Last Updated". We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which i1scr2u holds its operating authorisation.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and i1scr2u, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with the Platform's customer support team. Players should submit dispute notifications to [email protected] with full supporting documentation. i1scr2u will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, Players may escalate the matter to any competent dispute resolution body or regulator with jurisdiction over the Platform's operations. i1scr2u shall cooperate fully with any such external review process.
